Я на 20 не сработал, но удалось на 17. Но даже бы если и сработал, то все-равно бы звал. а ЗАЧЕМ ТОГДА АНТЕННЫ СТАВИТЬ И В ЭФИРЕ СИДЕТЬ? чТОБЫ ДРУГИХ СЛУШАТЬ? рАБотаю все, что удается по одной моде и на каждом диапазоне.
В случае, когда экспедиция так сильно ограниченна по времени, я сторонник того, чтобы и другим оставить возможность сработать.Цитата:

Thanks for all the interest in my operation today and for all the contacts. Not sure exact number but around 380.
Long day today but at hotel in Boston suburbs. Plan for tomorrow NA-148 at Spectacle Island is basically unchanged. But, given the short time on island and the complexity of navigating to Boston harbor, need to take less equipment. So just the vertical antenna.
I was a bit naive to imagine I could handle the European pile-up simplex on 17m. First time I've had to operate split -- and because the radio I am using is just for portable operations, and I'd never even chased DX on it, it took me awhile to figure out how to setup split. But know now. So tomorrow when I get to 17M (after 1500Z) I'll be ready to go split until at least the pileup gets smaller.
Every QSO was logged on paper, and I won't be able to start the data entry until tomorrow evening at the earliest.
Good condx generally but no Oceania and less than five JAs. And every one of those was a small miracle.

По поводу NA-119, NA-120:
Hey guys,
It is time to head back to some Louisiana Islands! Dragan K0AP, Mike AD5A, Hector XE2K/AD6D and myself are planning to activate these two over a 5 day period between Oct 4th and Oct 8th.
This will be my 3rd time to operate from NA-119. The plan is to potentially operate from the Dernieres Islands this time. My prior two operations have taken place from Timbalier Island.
The operation from NA-120 will be a daytime only operation due to the restrictions of staying overnight on Marsh Island. It is not a pleasant place during the day so leaving the alligators to their own at night is not a bad idea anyways.
The final layout of the stations is not complete but will likely be a combination of verticals and possibly a Buddihex. I used a Budihex at CB0ZA and found it very portable and practical for IOTA. I also plan on having a dedicated 6m station. October will not be ideal for 6m but with FT8 I hope to exploit any E-skip opening.
