i am looking for any website that can show old UB call to new UR calls..

You won't find such information. It is interesting to very few people. But it’s possible if enter new call signs on this site's main page - there are special window. The majority of ham's specifies their old.

I am not sure if we have that callbook in RU/UA-net which contains old UB-calls. as I know, the prefix of UB was temporary given to Ukraine when Ukraine was in USSR. Then Ukraine separated to a one country, and it was a callsign reform - people changed UB's to US,UX,UY,UR,UZ etc... Old UB's was moved back to Russia. Now the prefix of UB is giving to people who have 3rd category HAM license (like a technichian in US).

A job you plannin' to do i s wery hard and needs to many time . I said before - no correct crosslist of old UB5-RB5-UK5 at all bacause of many reasons. But may be you realise your plan without this ?
So . If you know a real QTH of station in UKRAINE - you can get name of WW LOC with this map .

Only problem may appear - language . But - name of town is on QSL . It will help you . Or ... I sure - you can found in i-net similar interactive map which uses an avaliable for you language .
