XU7GNY DXCC credit status

XU7GNY submitted a 10 year old expired license for his operation this past spring. We didn't know that it was not current until someone else fluent in the language interpreted it for us and revealed that it was an old, expired license rather than a current one. As soon as this was determined, his LoTW certificate was nullified, preventing further uploads. As many had submitted QSOs during the unlicensed operation, all of them are in pending status. Those that have been granted credit for these QSOs may lose them as a result. If the Cambodian government issues some type of notification that they're willing to accept his former license or some other granting of permission for his operations, all holds will be removed. If not, there is a great deal of work to be done to cancel every QSO and remove credit. As you might imagine, we're hopeful that it will turn out that permission will be granted.
New operations are apparently being given permission now.
We have not received any documents yet - we do expect that they will be forthcoming
Вкраце - XU7GNY была предоставлена просроченная лицензия на работу, о том что она просрочена выяснилось только сейчас так как перевод был неточен . Все кредиты по этой работе приостановлены . Если не будут дополнительно предоставлены документы о легитимности работы то прийдется вручную все кредиты от этой станции вычеркнуть из результатов каждого заявившегося
Другие экспедиции работающие в данный момент таких проблем не имеют

Связи с XU7GNY для подсчета 2023 CQ DX Marathon не засчитываются .
Я понимаю что само напоминание о журнале CQ вызовет предсказуемые комментарии - прошу воздержаться - я просто констатирую факт .

Please check the Helpful Hints---Invalid Calls on the website...spread the word as well...for the 2023 CQ DX Marathon...the Call XU7GNY will not be recognized as valid so please do not submit it unless you cherish getting a one point deduct. We have done exhaustive checking and although the LOTW initially gave credit for it, they have subsequently withdrawn it. There was also rumors that later in the year, maybe in November it reappeared, but we are quite confident that a license was not issued and therefore it is and will be considered an illegitimate operation.
