Пожалуйста подскажите каковы условия
регистрации программы TRX-Manager,
что для этого нужно сделать и как
это все происходит проктически?

Я сам не знал как это делается , послал ему на мэйл письмо с просьбой зарегистрировать программу. Вот что он мне ответил:

"Hello

I give facility for registering (or purchasing) TRX-Manager to the very
interested HAMs in the Russian zone where the payment of foreign currencies
is difficult. However in order to select the most interested people, to have
a contact with the users and to ensure their identity, I ask you sending a
letter or a postcard where you indicate :

- your name and firstname
- your full address
- your callsign
- your email

Please note, I offer two kinds of registration for Russian users :

* FREE REGISTRATION (but QSL Card required !)

As soon as I receive your card, you will be EMailed with an URL to download
a registered patch of the program. This version requires a Russian Windows
and an activation code which matches a "serial number" computed by the
program (PC's signature). Each time you reinstall the program, you need a
new code.

* LOW COST CD

I can send you a CD for only 15 USD or 15 EUROS or 20 IRC (Shipping
included) ; this is a special price for Russian users (not available by the
dealers). Please add the cash to your letter and indicate clearly your full
address in English and Russian. The CD is delivered with an unique
registration code.

То есть проблем нет --- нужно слать ему письмо с просьбой по почте и получите регистрационный файл.
