Just a reminder that you submitted a request for a Logbook of the World (LoTW) callsign certificate 30 days ago (on 2018-09-10) for the callsign UA9YLA. We have not received the documentation required for us to be able to complete your request. See: <https://lotw.arrl.org/lotw-help/authentication>.
If you still wish to receive a Logbook of the World callsign certificate for UA9YLA, please submit:
I) a copy of the Amateur Radio operating authorization (license document) for UA9YLA;
AND
II) a copy of one other government-issued document indicating your identity, such as a driver's license or the first page of a passport.
This documentation can either be emailed to the ARRL, or can be presented in person to an in-country ARRL DXCC Card Checker, or can be sent by postal mail to the ARRL.
If you choose the email option, email a copy of your documentation to:
LoTW-help@arrl.org. When the ARRL receives your documentation, it will send you an email message containing your LoTW Account Password, with your Callsign Certificate attached.
If you choose the Card Checker option, contact an in-country Card Checker in advance to ask if they are willing to check your documentation; a list of DXCC Card Checkers can be found at <http://www.arrl.org/dxcc-card-checker-master-list>. The Card Checker will inspect your documents and, if accepted, inform ARRL's LoTW staff that that your identity and license have been verified. The ARRL will then send you an email message containing your LoTW Account Password, with your Callsign Certificate attached. Do not email your documentation to the Card Checker.
If you choose the postal mail option, place your documentation in an envelope addressed to:

The envelope must be postmarked from your location. When the ARRL receives your documentation, it will send you an email message containing your LoTW Account Password, with your Callsign Certificate attached. The documentation you submitted will be destroyed after your Callsign Certificate is issued.
