I found by chance in the Forum new Macros for CW/Digital: [RX: <DOAFTERRX>]
<DOAFTERRX> - Letter:
S - SAVE, C - Clear TX Window, F- Focus to QSOentry window.
Macros Example: [RX: SCF], [RX: S], [RX: SC]
Question: Why is it not listed optionally in "Rig Control" menu?

Hamlib Error during RADIO1 setup

I would like to use Hamlib for the setup of my Radio ICOM IC-705 but :

1. When I select Hamlib on the Radio Setup, I received this Error message : "Error Start Hamlib"
2. In the Hamlib setup the IC-705 is missing in the list
3. Hamlib files in the folder Hamlib seem very old (2014). How to update them ?

I tried to installed the last version Hamlib 4.4 but it is the same.

Hi Christian, I have installed a new Hamlib on PC and thereafter copied the files to the Hamlib subdirectory under LogHX. Works, but I still get the Hamlib error message on LogHX start up. Choosing Hamlib from the radio drop down menu makes it all work, though.

Sri does not work for me: vers. 699, FT-991 connected (works OK with Omnirig with the same settings). Still "Error start hamlib" - any idea? 73 Josef OK2WO

How work Hamlib: LogHX run Hamlib (rigctld.exe file) with parametrs. Parametrs set Radio and COM-port settings. If Hamlib connect to Trx - it's Ok, otherwise error "Error start hamlib".

Here is only one - Hamlib can not connect to Trx.

I have just updated to 700 and I am getting 2 entries into the log when I press enter. One entry has all the details from qrz, the other is a new line with just the callsign,date and time.

When I try and delete, it asks to update the dxcc statistics, then it creates another qso line.

Select "No" for update DXCC statictic. You need update DXCC statistic, if deleted QSO change if.
DXCC statistic calculated when new QSO add to log.

thanks the issue is why is it adding 2 qso's then ont deleting them without adding another back in? i reverted to an older release now and its not happening.

I think problem here!

I use LogHX + MSHV in my second QTH with FT-847 transceiver. Due to the specific properties of the transceiver, it is necessary to use a separate COM port, connected to the Data in/out terminal for modulation and PTT. (I also use USB interface SCU-17 but this is not important at this point.)

However, it is important that I have to manually close this COM port before running MSVH (this port is normally used for PTT/CW).
Question: Would it be possible to add "Close PTT/CW port" to be added to MSHV settings (or other external programs)?
Note: For FT-847 and digital modes, PTT via CAT cannot be used (TX modulation would not pass).

Yes. Use "View" for MSHV like here:
