1. Team of MSHV knows how and in what way "TX" and "RX" are formed (coding, decoding, Generators ...)
I won't go into details.
2. "MSHV" will not allow the use of binary files with external commands,
They (W....X) will eventually try to impose this, from W....X
Why not ???
Because MSHV works with double precision and W....X works with single precision. (Тhey (W....X) know this very well)
3. If MSHV work with this this -> single precision, MSHV will be very bad software.
