Hello,
in the QSO manually enter windows,
press right button of the mouse, near "Date and Time (on/Off)"
a little menu will open with "Auto Set TimeEnd"

I usually use tu set FREQ A from CATHX,
Now not read freq A when I am in split, but read Freq B

Ok, I tried your solution, but something is wrong.
with ALT+D disconnect telnet correctly.

But if I send the command via telnet
[DISCONNECT] - disconnect from telnet (command provided in the telnet macros)
loghx freezes. and blocks the system.

On the contrary, if I send the manual command "bye" via telnet,
telnet disconnects from the cluster and then reconnects automatically.

So I think you will have to adjust the macro command
[DISCONNECT] = ALT+D
so we can create the macro button in the telnet window to disconnect from the cluster.

This probem persist also in the buid 756 dated 21/02/2024

I hope this email finds you well.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered with LogHX, specifically in the recent version Build 755. When I click on the DOWNLOAD and SYNCHRONIZE option for LoTW in the File menu, the program reports that the downloads were successful, and all the new QSOs were flagged as LOTW Received.

However, I've noticed that in some cases, it changes the county field values even if they are already filled. As shown in the figure below, it seems to corrupt the data from countries like Japan by deleting the left digit, leaving only the right digit. Additionally, I've observed instances where it capitalizes (UPPER CASE) the US counties, causing discrepancies in the AWARD statistics.



In the figure above, there's an example of a QSO with JA0FLL where I manually changed the county number to 27 (Myoko) before clicking on LoTW download and synchronize. However, after confirming the QSO, it changed to 7, which isn't a valid county. This issue is consistent across multiple QSOs with Japanese stations, where only one digit is retained. Additionally, I've noticed that the county for W7PJS appears in UPPER CASE, despite selecting it from the PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS menu.

I didn't encounter such problems in previous builds, although I acknowledge that they may have existed without my notice.

In my opinion, if the fields are already filled or have been manually input by the user, a sync with an online service shouldn't alter any existing data.

As a background, me PY5XT meticulously check the data for each QSO, including STATE, COUNTY, IOTA, WFF, VIA and GRID, as it greatly aids me in tracking various awards programs. And now I have to check my whole logbook hunting for changes that this sync have messed it will be a pain.

Please let me know if you require further clarification or if I've overlooked anything.

I'm reaching out regarding a feature request for LogHX. Currently, we have a menu under UTILITIES>FIND RDA for tracking Russian Districts, primarily for participation in the international award program at RDAward.org.

Building on this functionality, I would like to request a similar feature for tracking Japan Prefectures. In LogHX, when checking the administrative Primary and Secondary Areas, Japanese Prefectures (JCC/JCG and AJA) are listed correctly [see attached screenshot].


In my opinion, it would be beneficial to have a "table" associating callsigns with their corresponding State/County values. For this purpose, I suggest utilizing the well-maintained website of JJ1WTL, which provides CSV files containing information for almost all Japanese callsigns and their respective States/Counties or JCC/JCG values.

I envision this feature being accessible through the Setup menu, similar to how RDA tracking is currently implemented, where users can upload data as needed.

Could you please confirm receipt of my request and let me know if further clarification is required?

Can anyone help?

Having added a new screen and changed orientation of 2 of my screens, all the LOGHX windows have disappeared and I cant seem to retrieve them.

I restarted LogHX, no windows appear apart from the Update one, and I cant access the main menu or anything.

I tried renaming the last known view INI< but that's not made any difference.

Short of deleting all INI windows and starting afresh, what do I do to get at least the main window back?

You can try deleting the INI files, but perhaps the main window is outside of your visible area.

In similar situations, I've tried reducing the screen resolution to the lowest possible value. This sometimes causes the edges of the LogHX main menu to appear, allowing you to move the window to an accessible position.

That's pretty much what I did in the end - had to delete (move) INI files and start display options again from scratch. Even Windows-TAB didnt show the main window - just a blank white square that I could not access or move.

I also found that I had problems making window positions "stick" even after saving them. Part of the issue is that when the monitors are turned off, Windows 11 rearranges some window positions automatically (very annoying!) and I start losing the main LogHX menu window and I'm back to square 1. I have found that NOT using skins and styles greatly reduced these problems.

Just send you an email with all test.

- I think you will have to adjust the macro command for telnet [DISCONNECT] = ALT+D
so we can create the macro button in the telnet window to disconnect from the cluster.

- SunSDR2DX with ESDR 1.0.7
CW Macros from LOGHX work ok With TCI
Problem with SSB Macros from LOGHX - do NOT send audio via TCI
(work correct with IC-7600+COM PTT and Audio from PC)

With build 757 it takes 1 hour to save the 58000 managers in txt.

The import however works correctly with both builds, about 30 seconds to import 58000 managers

Installed Ver 357 this morning.

Still having an issue wuth WW Loc map - viewing logged WWLoc within a pair of dates (in this case 1/1/23 to 31/12/23 - the map does not match the log, there are a lot of WW-Locs missing.
Using the Awards window and selecting WW Loc does give the correct list, the map is still incorrect.

In the screenshot, I have laid the WW Loc window on top of the Awards window.. the time periods for both windows is set the same, but as you can see on the WWLoc map, half of the LOcs listed on the left are missing.

Also not sure why I cant get the window titles to show properly, it may be that using 4 display screens (This is from Screen 3, which is a 4K monitor) may have something to do with it, don't know. Only happens with LogHX, other software windows show correctly.

About "lost windows" - if main window is visible, use Shift+menu for window: window will be in 1,1 position.
If main wondow is not visible - edit loghx_view.ini file. For each "view" edit self loghx_view.ini file.

Save managers 1 hour - it's tooooooooo slow!
The reason for this may be an antivirus.
But I have made corrections in 757 version - please, reload again and try save to txt:

- Disconnect telnet command (SOLVED)

- Managers Save in TXT (SOLVED)....fast....super fast.....!

Wait your info for
- IC-7600 CATHX problem if (SETFreqA)
- TCI problem with SSB Macro (SSB TCI macro from Expert work fine)

If you need some or others tests I am at your disposal
